We have now have a bunker in game, our first model. This will be the start of many.
Narrow Bridge Mapped
I have finally managed to get some mapping done with my Sketchup models. A big thanks to the tutorials hosted on CG Tuts+ by the excellent Ben Tate.
UV map update
Here is a Sketchup model UV mapped in Max. I am still plodding away at this with the hope of becoming proficient enough to do the panzers. This model is also a test bed for the import tools for WW2 Battle Tanks. A new bunker to unwrap, a pak-unterstellraum in B1 Ambient Occlusion baked and here it is in the T34 vs Tiger editor.
T34 vs Tiger MMP news
Today we (PzU) have over come a long time issue with TvT. That was the ability for the enemy to see you behind a hill, this was due to the terrain detail at distance. We have finally over came this issue. You are now free to be hull down, safe in the knowledge the enemy will find it hard to spot you. This and the many more updates will be available in the new MMP beta test, available soon.
Steel Armor and MP?
***UPDATE*** Andery's (dev) reply to mp in Blaze of War "No multiplayer, not planned, and if there is no earlier than in our tactics APOS. While working on his lead, but in the background with low priority." I have seen a few references to the multiplayer options in Steel Armor, I really do hope that mp is going to be turned on for this game.
Steel Armor Blaze of War Released
Steel Armor Blaze of War Released has been released in English at GamersGate Here At 3.75gb for the download and for sale at £19.99, the download took just over an hour. Install was painless and the option to archive the download files for future installs if required. Here are a few quick screen shots for now.
